JIBL is multidisciplinary in scope, and interdisciplinary in content and approach. As such, it welcomes scholarly works not just only from business and leadership disciplines such as finance, management, marketing and leadership, but also from other disciplines including HRM, public administration, political science and economics. Introduction

Manuscript Preparation and Submission Requirements

Format

Manuscripts should not exceed 20 pages (including tables, figures, and references) written with double line spacing, Times New Roman font, 12 points.

Book reviews should be 3 to 5 pages.

Style

JIBL’s editorial style conforms to the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (APA) (5th ed.). So, all manuscripts should be

prepared in accordance with the form and style as outlined in the APA.

Author Biography

Submission of manuscripts needs to be accompanied with a brief autobiography of the author/s indicating academic qualification, professional affiliation,

current position, mailing address and area of research interest. Author biography should appear immediately before the Referencesection.

Body of manuscript

Cover page: The cover page should list/specify the following: Title of the manuscript; Manuscript type (article, research report, book review, or abridged thesis/dissertation); Title, Full name/s, affiliation and address/es of all authors (postal, email, telephone and fax). For convenience of review process, personal information like author’s name, academic rank, affiliation, address, and e-mail addresses should appear only on the cover page and Author Biography section.

Abstract: Abstract of 100 to 150 words should be provided following cover page. A list of 3 to 5 key words should be included in the abstract to describe the main subjects discussed in the     manuscript. .

Text: Follow this order when preparing manuscripts: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, Author Biography, Appendix, and References

References: All resources acknowledged in the text should be included in the reference section (Use APA style).

Submission in One Document

All the submission (cover page, abstract, body of the paper, tables, figures, author biography, references and appendices) should be placed in one document.

All submissions to JIBL will be reviewed initially by the editors for appropriateness to the Journal. If the editors consider the manuscript to be appropriate, it will then be sent for anonymous review.
