Conducting the December 2009 conference: The Conference activities include:
One of the conference activities is its detail schedule. The daily schedule, coordination of visits in and around Addis Ababa, market visits and promotion works by ILI and University of Greenwich will be conducted. Discussions on conference issues, debatable issues that arise from the conference and preliminary writing of the proceedings will take place during this time.

The tentative plan of the conference is as follows; detail daily plan will be worked out:

•  Sunday December 6, 2009: Pre-conference debate of ILI MA students will be finalized and the University of Greenwich Party arrives in Addis Ababa, at 07:30 am, Monday.
•  Monday 7th December 2009: Recovery and some preparatory tasks in the evening, Conference participants receive detail daily plan of the Conference time
• Tuesday December 8th, 2009: Conference (Presentation of Papers and Discussion Workshops)
• Wednesday December 9th, 2009: Conference (Presentation of Papers and Discussion Workshops)
• Thursday December 10th, 2009: International Community Events (reflections on the debates and themes of the conference findings) and Media Promotion
• Friday December 11th, 2009: Site-seeing in Addis Ababa and its surroundings;
  Abstract and theme selection and publication: Publish abstracts/themes of the conference on University of Greenwich and ILI websites
