The first will be establishing ILI-University of Greenwich Annual Conference Initiatives. This may be partly preceded by periodic workshops on themes of leadership and good governance, short-term consultancy workshops such as on the themes of BPR/BSC or performance Management and Business Processes, entrepreneurship, etc in the government apparatus, or in the private and civil society sectors. It may further include joint and periodic work on searching for funding or fundraising activities (programmes, research and publication).

The second possible post-conference activity may be establishment of research clusters and teams, and publication initiatives, and working for the establishment of ILI- University of Greenwich funded and operated research centre, like Centre for Ethiopian Business Research, or Centre for Ethiopian Leadership Studies.
The third issue will be working for establishing Working Papers and Occasional Papers Series, working for establishing Leadership Review Journal or Journal of Good Governance and Development in cooperation with University of Greenwich and search for initiatives like publishing books or book editions or journal articles. The initiatives in the third activity assume the resumption of the Joint PhD programme and possible research initiatives between ILI and University of Greenwich in the future.

Identify areas of more collaborations – The conference may be the ground for more discussions with the University of Greenwich Party.
